The main fundamental objective of this blog is to develop skill of people regarding peoples management and best customer service. It will ensure R & D on those topics. I, Md. Rafiqul Islam, am the founder of this blog. I want to acquire a position that affords me the opportunity to use my technical and analytically knowledge, managing the human relation, customer service, developing the skill in particular task, problem solving skills and willingness to learn to make an organization successful casa well as serve the public interests with flourishing the innermost capabilities and making an honorable social status as well.

In my professional career; have quite experience of working on different organization. I am employed now ACI Limited (STYLUS MOBILE). Here my Duties/Responsibilities are identifying training and development (T&D) need developing training materials and train up existing and fresh employee, managing people of Customer Care (CC) Preparing Daily CC Summarize report and report to Operation Manager (OM),  preparing Daily Customer Satisfaction Index and report to Operation Manager (OM), preparing Daily Consumption report and report to Operation Manager (OM).

Before that I was employed at EDISON GROUP (SYMPHONY MOBILE). There my Duties/Responsibilities were face to face Customer problem Solving Preparing Daily CC Summarize report and report to Customer Care In-charge (CCI) Preparing Customer Satisfaction Index and report to Operation Manager (CCI) Preparing Daily Consumption report and report to Customer Care In-charge (CCI).

My first job was at Digicon Technologies (Teletalk Operation). There my Duties/Responsibilities were working on PHP, Supporting hand of MIS, finding problems on working procedure & given probable solution, supporting Customer over the phone.

From those working experience I have made a logical excel sheet which inform HR managers about upcoming vacant post, who need training, what type of training required to whom, who are capable for internal job promotion. I am trying to make it more logical. Besides those I have gathered experience on giving training to front regarding CRM, L-1 support. Now I am working on developing system and procedure regarding Effective Customer Care, Effective Customer Service.

Before started my professional career I have completed my MBA on HRM from Jagannath University. And also have completed my BBA on Management Studies from same University.

Thus the main fundamental objective of this blog is to develop skill of people regarding people’s management and best customer service. It will be helpful to learners regarding R & D on people’s management and best customer service. And from point of view we will publish research papers on people management and best customer service.
